Society Overview

Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is located at NL-6, Plot No. 8, Sector 9, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The society consists of seven residential buildings with 112 flats and stands on a land parcel measuring 5,091.50 sq. m.

Formerly known as NL-6 Apartment Owners Association Condominium, the property was managed under the condominium framework for several decades since 1984 before being formally registered as a co-operative housing society in 2025.

The residential complex was originally developed by CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd.). According to records dated August 1984, the buildings were designed by V. S. Gokhale, Architect, CIDCO Limited, CIDCO Bhavan, Belapur.

The original residential units were constructed with a carpet area of 42.62 sq. m. and a built-up area of 54.03 sq. m.

Growth & Milestones

In 2025, the members collectively decided to register the property as a co-operative housing society under the name Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., marking an important milestone in the society's administration and governance.

The society subsequently completed the Conveyance Deed process, securing the legal transfer of rights, title, and interest in the land and property in favour of the society. Following registration and conveyance, the society initiated the issuance of Share Certificates to eligible members who completed the prescribed requirements and documentation.

Today, Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. continues to work towards the welfare of its members, proper management of the property, and the long-term development and maintenance of society assets.
