Welcome To Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.
Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is situated at NL-6, Plot No. 8, Sector 9, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The society consists of seven residential buildings comprising 112 residential units.
The residential complex was originally developed by CIDCO in the early 1980s and has been home to several generations of families. For many years, the property functioned under the name NL-6 Apartment Owners Association Condominium.
Recognising the need for stronger governance and future planning, the members collectively resolved to register the property as a co-operative housing society. In 2025, the society was formally registered as Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., marking a significant milestone in its history.
Following registration, the society successfully completed the conveyance process and commenced the issuance of share certificates to eligible members. Today, the society continues to focus on responsible administration, member welfare, property management, and the successful execution of its redevelopment objectives.
