Redevelopment of Seven Star CHS Ltd.

The redevelopment of Seven Star Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is being undertaken with the primary objective of ensuring the safety, security, and long-term well-being of all residents.

The existing buildings are more than four decades old and have experienced significant deterioration due to ageing and environmental factors. Structural concerns, water seepage, damaged concrete, and multiple incidents involving falling slab and ceiling portions have highlighted the need for a permanent solution.

After careful consideration and consultation with members, redevelopment was identified as the most practical and sustainable approach to securing the future of the society.

The society is committed to carrying out the redevelopment process in a transparent, professional, and member-centric manner.

Current Redevelopment Status

The society has successfully completed the initial redevelopment approvals through Special General Meetings and has appointed a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to guide the process.
